Especially in times of Corona Virus we want and should take care of ourselves. Now we may have a little more capacity for it than in everyday stress and troubles. But even if you have a stressful lifestyle, it’s important to take time to balance your inner world.

Maybe this will be a new, body-conscious routine for you?

How does online coaching work?

We can talk about your diet, your meditation practice or even breathing (our elixir of life, our prana) via Skype, Facetime, Zoom call or just as normal with a phone call.

Of course we could also talk about your life on the phone, what can you change? How? What makes you happy? Everything what a life coaching brings with it.

With FaceTime, Skype and Zoom calls we can refine your yoga practice or, if you don’t have one, you can get started right away for a new lifestyle.

We currently need some exercise, because it also strengthens our immune system.
