My favorite vegan breakfast

Good morning to everyone 🙂
Here is my favorite vegan recipe for the morning.
It’s definitely healthy, as long you check the back of the products in the supermarket. Just to make sure you really buy what you want.

We don’t want all this crappy stuff like

Sodium Benzoate, High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), trans fats, refined grains (white flour!!), any refined sugars or artificial sweeteners, Enriched flour, sodium nitrates, MSG and so on…., in our food.

So, here are my ingredients:

– 1 or 2 bananas (how you prefer)

– 1 spoon of coconut oil

– 1 spoon of peanut butter (make sure its JUST peanut butter, when you buy it)

– Flax seeds

– 300-400 ml Almond milk/ rice milk or whatever you like

– Ice cubes
Everything in the blender, mix it and add some muesli (I use a gluten-free, dark chocolate one) or nuts/seeds or whatever you like on top to make it crunchy 🙂
