My Favorite green Smoothie

 

Usually I wasn’t so much into green smoothies…

But this green Smoothie was the one I had almost every day in India at my Yoga School.

Its so Yummy! So I asked for the recipe and its so simple & easy!

You should try it 🙂

 

Ingredients:

– 1 Apple

– 1/2 Avocado

– 1 Handful Spinach

–  300 ml water

All the ingredients in the blender and mix it till you like it

I actually also like to add some flex seeds or different greens like arugula or kale.

In wintertime I add a few drops of vitamin D3 to it.

Just play with it and see what’s your favorite mix.
